I have been putting off upgrading the site for over a year now, but with the growth in the business, and the additions to our team at EMR Template Experts it was definitely time to invest in a new site redesign and upgrade. For the new site, I wanted to go with a bolder look, something that stood out, that looked out-of-the-norm for the industry without going too extreme. I had several designs and layout mockups but they all got put aside and I started liking the look of the current site more and more.
Along with the redesign, I also upgraded our Support Center to include the latest in ticket logging and client communication. All our clients are updated frequently on the status of current projects. This new Support Center will notify the client and any team member that may be involved with the project any time there is a change or update to the ticket. We are all very excited to start implementing this system with our clients.
You may have noticed a new link on our sites labeled "e-Store". This is the biggest change the EMRTemplateExperts.com. I am very proud of the team that we have put together over the years here at EMR Template Experts. Each of the team members brings unique skills and qualifications to the table and that is what makes us really stand out from the crowd. One of our team members is a highly skilled application/database programmer. He is extremely knowledgeable with the NextGen database and workflow and over the years has developed amazing applications and stored procedures for the NextGen system that could save users a lot of time and money. Check out our e-Store frequently for updates.
